Everything you need to know about the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix
The Las Vegas Grand Prix returns for its fourth year on the Strip in November 2026. Here are straight answers to the questions fans ask most, updated for this year's race.
When is the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix?
Race weekend runs Thursday, Nov 19 to Saturday, Nov 21, 2026. The race starts Saturday at 8:00 PM PT (11:00 PM ET), after practice on Thursday and qualifying on Friday at 8:00 PM PT.
What is the Las Vegas F1 track layout?
The Las Vegas Strip Circuit is a 3.8-mile (6.201 km) street track with 17 turns and a 50-lap race. It uses Las Vegas Boulevard, Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue, passing Caesars Palace, Bellagio, the Venetian, Sphere and Wynn.
How many days is race weekend?
Three days of track action, Thursday to Saturday. Thursday has two practice sessions, Friday has the final practice and qualifying, and Saturday is the Grand Prix. All sessions run after dark.
What else races besides F1?
F1 ACADEMY, the all-female series, is on the 2026 support bill, and its sessions are included with Las Vegas Grand Prix tickets.
Where do you buy Las Vegas F1 tickets?
Face-value tickets are sold by the organizer at f1lasvegasgp.com. Three-day and single-day tickets are sold (payment plans closed on Sept 15). Checkout runs through Ticketmaster, and tickets are delivered in the F1 Las Vegas app. If you buy resale, compare the price against the organizer's face-value starting prices first. How much are tickets for the Las Vegas Grand Prix?
The organizer's 2026 starting prices, including taxes and fees: general admission from $81 for one day (T-Mobile Zone at Sphere), grandstands from $99 for one day (Lewis Hamilton Grandstand, The Performance Zone), the Main Grandstand from $206, T-Mobile Grandstands from $145, Turn 3 Grandstand from $147 (3-day sold out), Heineken Grandstands from $102 (Friday sold out), single-day hospitality from $1,383 and the three-day Grand Prix Trio Silver from $3,178 (Gold and Platinum sold out). What comes with hospitality and club tickets?
Hospitality tickets add an assigned spot in a club, suite or rooftop with trackside views, and most include food and drinks. New for 2026, some hospitality is sold as single-day tickets. See hospitality and VIP packages.
Are there concerts on race weekend?
Yes. For 2026 the organizer's site lists ticket packages with a post-race Backstreet Boys show at Sphere on Saturday, Nov 21. Zones also have live entertainment across the weekend; check the organizer's site for the line-up.
How do you get to the race without driving?
Walk if you're staying on the Strip near your zone. The Las Vegas Monorail runs behind the east-side resorts and is one of the easiest ways in and out. Rideshare works but expect detours around road closures. See getting around the Strip.
What's the bag policy?
A clear tote or backpack up to 12" × 6" × 12", or a small handbag or fanny pack up to 6" × 9" that doesn't have to be clear. Diaper bags are allowed with an infant. You can bring an empty plastic or silicone bottle up to 24 oz. Umbrellas, seat cushions, chairs, strollers, laptops and tablets aren't allowed, and there are no lockers. Can I leave my zone and come back?
Before 7:00 PM, yes, if you get your ticket scanned out when you leave. There's no re-entry after 7:00 PM PT. Gates open at 2:30 PM each day.
Can kids come?
Yes. Children under 24 months don't need a ticket if they sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Anyone under 18 has to be with an adult aged 18 or older. Strollers aren't allowed.
Can I pay cash inside?
No. The event is cashless and there's no mobile ordering. Water is free at the beverage tents.
What happens on Thursday?
Thursday is two practice sessions (4:30 and 8:00 PM PT) plus F1 Academy practice and qualifying. Qualifying is Friday and the race is Saturday. Our first-timer's guide walks through picking your nights.
What should I wear?
