This page only covers what's confirmed: the organizer, the county, the RTC, the airport or the venue itself has said it. No rumors. If plans change, the newest update goes at the top and the old one stays below with its date.

Road closures start at 1 PM each session day, and the organizer's page has a date typo
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Nov 19–21) the track roads close at 1:00 PM and reopen after midnight. Plan any car trip, airport run or hotel check-in for the morning.
Heads-up if you’re reading the organizer’s A-Z guide: it says Thursday’s roads reopen “Friday 11/21” and Friday’s reopen “Saturday, 11/22”. Those calendar dates are one day off (Friday is Nov 20, Saturday is Nov 21). The Venetian’s 2026 guest guide lists the same times on the right dates: Thursday 1 PM to 12:30 AM Friday, Friday 1 PM to midnight, Saturday 1 PM to 2 AM Sunday. Times can still change, so check the circuit map or text F1LV to 31996 for updates. Full table on our road closures page.

The monorail runs nonstop from Tuesday, Nov 17 to Monday, Nov 23
The Las Vegas Monorail switches to 24/7 service from 7:00 AM Tuesday, Nov 17 until 3:00 AM Monday, Nov 23. Normal hours end at midnight on Mondays and 2 or 3 AM the rest of the week, so this covers every late night of race week.
The race organizer says advance monorail tickets are discounted and went on sale Oct 1 at tix.lvmonorail.com/F12026LVGP. The seven stations run along the east side of the Strip, from MGM Grand up to SAHARA. The monorail doesn’t go to the airport.
If you live in Las Vegas: $1 local single rides are sold at station customer service booths (not Boingo Station), 11 AM to 11 PM, Nov 19–21. After the booths close, it’s full price.

The Deuce bus runs a modified route and schedule Nov 17–25
The RTC’s current Deuce timetable says the Strip’s 24-hour bus will run a modified schedule and route from Nov 17 to Nov 25, 2026 because of the race, and that more changes are possible. If you were planning to ride the Deuce up and down the Strip on race nights, check the rideRTC app or rtcsnv.com that day instead of relying on the printed timetable.
Visitor fares haven’t changed: $4 for a single ride, $8 for 24 hours, $20 for three days.

Flying in? Airport connector tunnel lanes are closed through December
Harry Reid International Airport is warning about lane closures in both directions of the airport connector tunnels through December 2026 for repaving. The airport says to allow extra time. That matters most on the way home: if your flight leaves Sunday morning after the race, leave a cushion for the ride to the terminal.

Backstreet Boys post-race show at Sphere on Saturday night
The organizer is selling ticket packages and add-ons with a post-race Backstreet Boys show at Sphere on Saturday, Nov 21. It’s an add-on, not something every race ticket includes, so check what your ticket covers before you plan your night around it.
