1. Unofficial and not affiliated

formula.vegas is an unofficial, independent fan guide made by the formula.vegas team. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the Formula One group of companies, Liberty Media, the FIA, Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., or any F1 team or driver.

We are fans writing for other fans. We don’t sell tickets, we aren’t a ticket reseller, travel agent or tour operator, and nothing on this site is an offer from the event organizer or any team. Mentions of the race, the teams, drivers, venues or sponsors describe the event; they don’t mean any of them have approved or reviewed this site. We use “the Las Vegas Grand Prix” only to name the event we write about, never as our own name or brand.

For tickets, event rules, bag policy, access maps and road closures, the authoritative source is the event organizer, Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., at f1lasvegasgp.com.

2. Trademark notice

F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, GRAND PRIX, LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX, FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX, GRAND PRIX OF LAS VEGAS and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Formula One Licensing B.V.’s marks include, among others:

• F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1 and GRAND PRIX
• LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX (U.S. Reg. No. 6155996)
• FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX (U.S. Reg. No. 6016058)
• GRAND PRIX OF LAS VEGAS (U.S. Reg. No. 6155995)

We use these names in plain text only, to identify the sport and the event (nominative use). This site does not use F1 logos, the F1 typeface, team logos or the event’s logo, and its design is our own. Team, sponsor, venue, hotel and broadcaster names belong to their owners.

3. Information is provided as-is

Everything on formula.vegas is general information, provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. We check schedules, ticket prices, zones and travel details against primary sources and date our updates, but we can’t guarantee that anything here is accurate or current.

Session times, ticket prices, inclusions, zones, entertainment, road closures and weather can change at any time, sometimes on race day. Always confirm with the event organizer at f1lasvegasgp.com, and with your hotel, airline or ticket seller, before you buy, book or travel. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or cost that comes from relying on this site.

Older articles from 2023 are kept as an archive and are marked as such. Their facts were correct for that year and may no longer apply.

4. Links to other sites

We link to the event organizer, ticket marketplaces, hotels, broadcasters, news sources and our sister sites so you can check things for yourself. A link is not an endorsement, and we aren’t responsible for the content, prices, policies or practices of any site we link to. We don’t currently use affiliate links or earn commission from any link on this site. If that changes, we will say so clearly next to the link.

5. Photo and video credits

Videos. Videos on this site are embedded from YouTube and belong to their channels. We don’t host or edit them. They load from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only when you press play, and YouTube’s terms and privacy policy apply to playback.

Photos and artwork. Images on formula.vegas are a mix of photos from our licensed photo library (below), licensed stock photography carried over from the original site (Pexels and Unsplash), artwork made for this site, and photos of Las Vegas and its racing history. We don’t use AI images that imitate real teams, and we don’t show F1, team or event logos. Rights in third-party photos stay with their owners. If you own an image used here and want a credit added, a link changed or the material removed, see below.

Each photo is used under the license shown. Pexels photos are used under the Pexels License (free for commercial use; credit given as a courtesy). Wikimedia Commons photos are used under the Creative Commons license named, with attribution; we resized and recompressed them, and adaptations of CC BY-SA photos are shared under the same license. 6. Takedown requests and corrections

If you believe something on formula.vegas infringes your copyright or trademark, or is wrong, email hello@formula.vegas with:

• the page address (URL) and the material you’re asking about;
• the work or mark you own, or the correction you’re suggesting;
• your name, organization (if any) and how to reach you;
• for copyright or trademark requests, a statement that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner, and that the information in your request is accurate.

We review every request and, where it’s valid, remove or correct the material promptly.
